100+ SAI2 Scatter Brushes

★ How do I install those?

1. Find the folder with scatter brushes for your SAI2. It should be something like:

C:\Users\%user%\Documents\SYSTEMAX Software Development\SAIv2\settings\scatter

Where it says %user%, it should instead be the name that your PC is named :)

2. Put everything inside the "scatter" folder into this SAI folder that I've given above.

3. Done!

★ Can I make brushes like these myself?

YES!

You just have to draw your shape with a white brush on a black background, like here.

Then, you convert the png that you've created into a greyscale bmp, using gimp like in the video OR this online-tool I wrote.

Take the default Stars.ini file in the "scatter" folder, and use it with the help of the same tool I wrote (just scroll down a bit), to duplicate this .ini file for all the pngs you created, all in a matter of seconds.

★ Do I need to adjust the brush settings like in the screenshots?

No, the configuration is saved in the .ini file for every single brush texture, and it just applies in SAI automatically once you select that brush texture.
